Graduates of the program commit to a second year of active participation, often by joining Leadership Education Day planning committees. Many alumni continue their participation in succeeding years by volunteering to serve on the Board of Directors or helping to plan FLP events or public events sponsored by the program.

Pallet Challenge - September 7, 2008

One of the most popular events with alumni is the annual Potluck and Pallet Challenge with the incoming class at their September Retreat. The Class of 2010 took the Challenge on Sunday, September 13 at Montezuma’s Lodge on Mormon Lake. Congratulations to both the alumni and the Class for the first-ever tie!
